Shaping the Future of Taxation: Our Firm’s Insightful Presence at the 11th Tax Forum by CCI France Grèce

05/04/2025

We were proud to see our firm represented by two of our partners at this year’s 11th Tax Forum, organized by the CCI France Grèce, under the theme “Towards a Modern Business Tax Environment – Prospects 2025–27.”

Nikolaia Anna (Liana) Lepida contributed to a thought-provoking panel discussion on “Tax Incentives – Business Transformations,” moderated by Prof. Theodore Fortsakis.

Nikolaia Anna, alongside Mr. Sakellion, Business Development Director of Voltalia Greece, explored key issues related to investments and taxation in the energy sector, emphasizing how targeted tax incentives can effectively drive economic growth and promote renewable energy development in Greece.

John Papadakis joined a high-level panel on “Tax Evasion at the Center of Administrative Justice – Current Case Developments,” moderated by Assoc. Prof. Katerina Savvaidou, where he explored recent legal trends and the evolving role of tax litigation in promoting compliance and transparency.

The forum focused on two critical themes:
✔️ Incentives to Stimulate Economic Activity
✔️ Tax Modernization and Barrier Removal

A truly engaging event that brought together leading experts, institutional representatives, and business leaders to address the challenges—and opportunities—of the evolving tax landscape, especially in areas like energy, digital transformation, and the role of AI in transparency.
