Elsewhere, the team assisted solar thermal provider Helioakmi in a resale price maintenance probe that led to the issuance of a mere €23,000 penalty in August 2022, after the company successfully argued that the Greek enforcer breached procedural rules. The firm also continues to advise Elais Unilever Hellas in its appeal against a €27 million penalty for restricting the sale of its margarine products, which is pending before the Council of State.
