She has also participated in several M&A deals, covering both the conduct of the legal due diligence and the structuring of the transaction.
She has participated in the preparation of the Greek section of the LawInContext Financial Products Distribution Helpdesk (created by Baker & McKenzie), consisting of Banking and Securities Relationship Manager Checklists.
