Panagiotis specializes in the fields of Real Estate and Litigation. He is advising domestic and foreign investors in complex real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals and leasing transactions.
Panagiotis has been engaged in large‐scale M&A projects for major players of the Greek RES market, regarding the legal due diligence and acquisition of RES portfolios, development, planning projects and construction. He has also experience in litigation cases relating to real estate disputes, cadastral issues, expropriations and injunction measures.
