Ioanna is a key member in several RES projects, having advised law firm’s clients in complex real estate issues, leasing transactions, as well as in due diligence procedures during licensing procedures pending before RAE. Actively advising our clients in quite delicate issues often arise in the context of energy projects, covering the performance of extended due diligence reviews as well as the negotiation and finalization of the transactional documentation.
Her experience also extends to the field of public tenders and concessions. Her involvement includes advising clients on bidding process, objections and administrative/court appeals.
