Anna specializes in employment law, with an extensive experience of consulting in all employment-focused business areas and providing support with relevant documentation tied thereto. She has covered the employment law section of several legal due diligence exercises addressing sophisticated issues arising from the acquisition of companies, TUPE issues as well international employment relationships.
Anna has handled a plethora of data privacy cases based on years of experience across a variety of business sectors and provides dedicated advice to clients in terms of compliance with the EU and local data privacy laws. She has actively involved in various GDPR Implementation projects.
During 2016-2017 & 2018-2022 she was appointed as a seconded lawyer in market leader multinational companies in FMCG sector.
