Nikolaia–Anna Lepida Moderates Empowering Panel at the 3rd Women in Law Conference 

We are proud to share that our Partner, Nikolaia – Anna Lepida, successfully moderated the “From within – Enlightening talks” panel at the 3rd Women in Law Conference, held recently by Nomiki Vivliothiki.

The panel focused on key themes such as the sharing of personal experiences by women who have emerged as leading figures across a range of legal career paths. These stories offered valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by women in the legal profession, while serving as real-life examples of empowerment and resilience.

The discussion, moderated by Nikolaia – Anna, brought to light important areas for further improvement, while also generating fresh, innovative proposals aimed at addressing existing structural barriers. Particular emphasis was placed on the role of alliances and how they can effectively support the advancement of women in law.
