Landmark Council of State Win: A Victory for Fair Taxation and Business Freedom 

A prominent multinational enterprise from the beauty and home care sectors trusted us to represent it before the Supreme Administrative Court of Greece (Council of State), challenging the constitutionality of a 35-year-old ministerial order affecting hundreds of companies.

More specifically, businesses in Greece weren’t granted a VAT exemption for small-value gifts (promotional, seasonal, etc.) unless the purchased items’ total value for one fiscal year was less than 1% of the company’s gross revenue.
