Empowering the Tax Dialogue: Our Firm at the 12th Annual Tax & Business Forum by CCI France Grèce

02/04/2026

We were proud to support the 12th Annual Tax & Business Forum, hosted by the Hellenic-French Chamber of Commerce (CCI France Grèce) on Thursday, April 2, 2026. Centered on the theme, “The Business Tax Charter in 2026: What is changing at the National & International Level,” the event served as a platform for constructive dialogue between State officials, the academic community and business leaders on the evolving landscape of tax policy.

As the industry navigates a period of significant regulatory transformation, our Firm played an active role in distilling the latest trends and challenges shaping the fiscal environment. The forum’s first panel, expertly coordinated by our Partner, Nikolaia-Anna Lepida, provided deep insights into the most pressing contemporary tax issues.

Further  discussions showcased our Firm’s technical expertise as we addressed critical complexities in the current climate:

  • Partner John Papadakis delivered a detailed analysis of VAT treatment specifically regarding business insolvency cases, offering clarity on navigating these high-stakes financial scenarios.
  • Tax AssociateNikos Kalantzis provided a comprehensive overview of the taxation of holding companies in France, highlighting key considerations for cross-border operations.

At Dryllerakis Law Firm,  we remain committed to being at the forefront of tax intelligence and ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve in an increasingly complex international tax framework. We thank CCI France Grèce for organizing such an insightful event and look forward to continuing our contribution to the vital discourse on tax policy.
