Dryllerakis Law Firm hosts the Athens Vis Moot Academy: Claire Sergaki & Vasileios Plakoulas deliver lecture on arbitrability & public policy

Dryllerakis Law Firm welcomed 22 students from the Athens Vis Moot Academy (organized by Greece VYAP – Greece Very Young Arbitration Practitioners and the Athens Public International Law Center (Athens PIL) for a dynamic session on cornerstone issues in arbitration.

Partner Claire Sergaki and junior associate Vasileios Plakoulas delivered an engaging lecture on the importance of the seat of arbitration, as well as on arbitrability and public policy, blending theory with practical insights drawn from real-life cases.

The young lawyers-to-be, students of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, were warmly welcomed by our Managing Senior Partner and acclaimed arbitrator, John Dryllerakis.
