Dryllerakis Law Firm experts participate in the annual Rule of Law conference

On June 26, the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce held the 2nd annual Rule of Law conference under the central theme “Rule of Law: Pillar of Development and Prosperity.”  

Dryllerakis Law Firm was a silver sponsor and had the honor of being represented in the proceedings by two distinguished lawyers.  

Our senior partner, Vassilis Constantinidis, moderated a panel titled “The Perspective of Lawyers and Judges.” It was a lively dialogue among legal professionals from above and below the bench on optimizing the Greek judicial system through novel means like the pilot trial and e-justice.  

Our senior associate, Claire Sergaki, spoke at the “International Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods” panel. Deeply experienced in commercial and investment arbitration, she discussed the importance of arbitration clauses for processes and decisions and how the latest provisions on international commercial arbitration can further ensure legal protection.
