Dryllerakis Law Firm: Exclusive Greek Legal Advisor to HELLENIQ ENERGY on Landmark Deal

Dryllerakis Law Firm acted as the sole Greek legal advisor to HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. in a landmark transaction for the Greek energy sector.

HELLENiQ ENERGY entered into an agreement with Edison S.p.A for the acquisition of 50% of the share capital of Elpedison B.V., a company based in the Netherlands, which fully owns ELPEDISON Power Generation Single Member S.A. in Greece.

With this strategic acquisition HELLENiQ ENERGY gains full control of Elpedison B.V. and its subsidiary, ELPEDISON, thus strengthening HELLENiQ ENERGY’s portfolio in electricity generation and solidifying its position as a leading energy group in Southeastern Europe.
