Dryllerakis Law Firm at the 2nd International Conference on Dialogues in Competition Law & Economics

Οn September 10, our Partner Themelis Zamparas represented Dryllerakis Law Firm at the “2nd International Conference on Dialogues in Competition Law & Economics”, a high-profile event organized by the University of Piraeus, University College London, and Queen Mary University of London under the auspices of the Hellenic Competition Commission and sponsored by our Firm.

Themelis took part in the panel on “Foreign Direct Investment Screening and Foreign Subsidies Regulation,” chaired by Prof. Ioannis Kokkoris, director of the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary University of London and member of the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Themelis discussed the key points of the Greek FDI Law (L. 5202/2025), its main interpretation issues, as well as the possible impact of the new draft FDI Screening Regulation on the Greek FDI Law. His presentation also focused on the implications of the Greek FDI Law for investors, particularly as regards transaction structuring and due diligence.
