Dryllerakis Law Firm advises on pivotal deal for The Ellinikon giga-project

We are pleased to share that our firm served as legal advisor to Lamda Development S.A. on the establishment of an SPV and the acquisition of the relevant land for the development and commercialization of a Mixed-use Tower (MUT), as part of the Ellinikon giga-project. 

The SPV was established between Lamda Development S.A. and Brook Lane Capital at a rate of 30% and 70%, respectively. The deal, projected to reach a total investment of approx. €500m, concerns the state-of-the-art high-rise building to be constructed in the Commercial Hub area. The mixed-use tower will be approximately 200m high and host a luxury hotel and a series of branded residences.
