Our firm served as the lead sell-side advisor in the acquisition of the International School of Athens by Dukes Education.  

The deal marked the first investment of a global private education provider in a private school in Greece. Dukes Education, a leading operator of nurseries, schools, and colleges in the U.K. and other countries, added the International School of Athens and Melina’s Kindergarten to its growing family of esteemed institutions.
