Dryllerakis Law Firm advises Iktinos Hellas S.A. on the sale of 100% of the shares of IDEI S.A. to NANKO ENERGΥ S.A.

We are pleased to have advised Iktinos Hellas S.A., a leading Greek marble producer and exporter listed in the Athens Stock Exchange, on the sale of 100% of the shares of IDEI S.A. to NANKO ENERGΥ S.A.

IDEI S.A. is active in the production of electricity from Renewable Energy Sources and, in particular, in the operation of a wind park located at “Megalovouni” in the Municipality of Nikiforos, Regional Unit of Drama, with an installed capacity of 22 MW.

The transaction was completed following the fulfillment of customary conditions precedent and the receipt of the required approvals, and forms part of IKTINOS’ strategy to streamline its activities and focus on its core business while strengthening its financial position.

The deal was led by Senior Partner Emmanuel Dryllerakis and Partner Themelis Zamparas, with valuable support from Senior Associate Eirini Chagiou and Associates Vasiliki Georgiou and Dionysia Mylonaki.
