The firm operates from its head office address (occupying the third and sixth floor of 25 Voukourestiou Str., Athens) as well as in the neighbouring building (occupying the first floor of 30 Voukourestiou Str). Both buildings are served by a private switchboard.
A dedicated computer & data room houses the server and telecom equipment providing a controlled environment, secure storage space, inter-networking between offices and a secured and dedicated connection to the Internet.
Dryllerakis & Associates have had a permanent presence on the Internet since 1998 using leased line technology. All personnel and lawyers are familiar to a larger or smaller extent with the system MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Windows environment). All members have their own e-mail address based on his/her initials (e.g. jcd@dryllerakis.gr for John C. Dryllerakis). Information exchange via the Internet is encouraged and the office has a digital certificate for receiving encrypted communications.
Furthermore, the office maintains full technological support with photocopying machines, laser printers with the possibility of colour printing of papers or vu-graphs, conference rooms equipped with modern audio-visual systems.
There is single Filing System (for hard copies) scientifically organised with full flexibility of expansion, rearrangement, restructuring, following up, etc. Currently the firm is studying the partial and gradual replacement of hard copies by electronic files (to the extent that the hard copies do not constitute official documents, which have to be maintained in their original form).
The office maintains a rich library, with Greek and foreign legal books and magazines. The library index is available on the local computer network and includes electronic references and data in CD-ROM (e.g. Companies' balance sheets, Eurolaw). Further to the Internet access, members also have direct access to Data banks of legal content (Nomos, Athens Bar, Tax Law review, etc.).
The Office promotes and supports the concept of tele-working.
