The firm has eight
partners, classified as senior partners, partners
or junior partners as well as eight associates
of full time employment and an external consultant,
mainly on tax matters.
Although the orientation of the firm is towards
consulting international clients, all lawyers
have long experience in Greek Court practice.
Partners frequently handle cases in the
Greek Supreme Courts and especially in the Conseil
D'Etat, the Supreme Administrative Court,
and in the European Court of Justice.
All the lawyers are fluent in English at a working
level, while most of them speak fluently more languages,
like French and German or less fluently Italian and Spanish.
Allocation of cases is based upon several criteria
such as i) expertise and seniority compared to
the case; ii) speciality; iii) availability; iv)
contact point with a customer.
The firm resorts to the services of specialists
(professors of the Athens' Law School or other University
Professors, Criminologists, Experts on special
fields etc.), if assistance is needed in a
particular case. In this respect it maintains
steady and continuous co-operation with such specialists,
having knowledge of the market to secure the optimum
of quality and cost.
The firm encourages the scientific activity of
its members, in all respects. Both J.C. Dryllerakis
and Prof. Spyropoulos have an extensive volume
of scientific work (see the publication
list), while junior members also have publications.
Also, most of the lawyers are members in scientific
associations, while J. C. Dryllerakis is in the
Board of the Hellenic Association of European
Law, the Hellenic Society of Tax Law and of Fiscal Studies
and the Association of Competition
Law.
