Billing Practice   Policy is to combine efficiently and effectively high quality at lowest possible cost. Billing is based on time spent. Different hourly rates for senior partner, partner, junior partner, senior associate and associate. Seriousness of the case, urgency and priority may trigger non-standard rates. Special arrangement (per month or per case) can be agreed. Special rates apply for trademarks and their support. Billing is accompanied by full analysis of services per day, per lawyer, per case. Secretarial services or other overhead expenses are not charged. Direct expenses (like telephone, fax and translations) are charged separately with full analysis. back to Firm Profile
